The AIM Foundation is a registered charity governed by five trustees. All of the trustees are related to the original settlor Ian Marks who died in 2018.
Angela Marks – Founder Trustee.
Caroline Marks – Chair since 2016, Non-executive Director of Cytoplan
Nic Marks – Trustee, Non-executive Director of Cytoplan, Joint responsibility for Investment
Pippa Bailey – Trustee, Responsibility for Family Fund grant-making
Jo Precious – Trustee, Responsibility for grant-making in East Anglia
Wider Family Involvement
The third generation of the family are Ambassadors and are all becoming more informed and involved in the grant assessments and decision making by joining grant-making subcommittees. Also, they can make recommendations for gifts from the Family Fund.
